pzzacode 0.2.29

September 8, 2026v0.2.29

This release adds guarded MCP app controls, improves terminal transparency and device details, and hardens local agent connectivity.

App controls for agents

  • Editor, tile, workspace, and layout commands target the selected connected app client. Unsaved editor changes are protected before navigation and close operations.
  • The MCP switch in the app decides whether connected agents may control this window. Session, file and device tools remain available independently of it.
  • Remote control continues to use authenticated SSH and trusted host keys, and app-control failures now surface their actual reason to the agent.

Appearance and device details

  • Terminal background rendering follows the selected transparency instead of leaving opaque blocks behind terminal content.
  • Desktop blur and panel backdrop blur have separate settings. Panel defaults are 50% background opacity, 20px backdrop blur, and 116% saturation, with a reset-to-default action.
  • Appearance controls live in a compact dropdown with consistent button, border, and hover states.
  • Device information keeps essential details visible and moves additional information behind expandable controls, with more consistent spacing and alignment.
  • Local agent requests refresh their authentication and instance information when the managed agent restarts.

Security

  • Opening a link in the external browser validates the address and reports launcher failures instead of failing silently.
